How it works?

A lead message includes automatically: Contact form’s full name, email, phone number, the agent’s name, the link from where the form was sent, the message’s content and date.

A lead message can be managed from two places; the user Dashboard with extra settings: add lead status to the lead message, add comments, add notes. You can add a new contact manually, you can manage contact statuses and lead message statuses. Secondly, a lead messages can be managed from your HubSpot Dashboard.

How to Activate Your Hubspot CRM with APE?

This process will enable all agent, agencies and developers access lead messages made from contact forms in their particular listed properties directly through their Hubspot account.

How to get the API key needed from Hubspot?

Login into your Hubspot account.

Go to Settings menu -> Look for Integrations menu on the left -> And select the sub-menu API key.

From here you create a new API key – and copy it.

With the key copied, you go to African Property Exchange-> Dashboard – Profile Page– > Find Hubspot API key field – > paste the code copied from Hubspot. Then press Update Profile.

Now whenever any person makes an inquiry about any listed property through the contact form, and chooses send message, the lead details will be sent directly to both your dashboard – CRM and to your Hubspot account.
